The Summit Rainforest Retreat is located in the Cairns Highlands, also known as the Atherton Tablelands, in Far North Queensland, Australia. The retreat is situated on the highest point in Atherton. You will love the tranquil rainforest setting with its 180 degree panoramic views. Walk through the rainforest to the centre of the crater, enjoy an in-house massage, use the conference facility, or relax by the pool and spa whilst you sip a cool drink.
Peace and tranquility is certain on over two hectares of land. The holiday house boasts a huge entertainment deck and you'll delight in the abundant native wildlife at your doorstep... birds, pademelons, bandicoots, wallabies, possums and Lumholtz tree kangaroos, just to name a few.

The Summit Rainforest Retreat is a five bedroom holiday house that sleeps up to 16, or a one bedroom apartment with bedding for up to 4 guests in a luxurious, nature lover’s setting. If available and requested, rooms can be booked on a bed & breakfast basis with shared facilities. Ideal for couples looking for a romantic setting in the Mabi rainforest, families who just want to get away for the weekend or stay a few weeks to relax and enjoy the views, groups, several couples travelling together, weddings, conferences, meetings and seminars.
Packages for either accommodation and conferences, or both, are available, so that you can mix business with pleasure.
